Friendly, polite and helpful personnel. Good location if you don't like noisy overcrowded places. Wide choice of bakery on breakfast. Free wi- fi, free mini-bar (but it includes only water, coca-cola and schwepps) and bicycles.
Small rooms, old furniture and bath units, not working conditioner (even in 5 degrees position you have 25 in the room) and TV-set (it didn't switch- on from the 1st time). Only 2 rooms have sea-view, the rest have river- view, or garden-view. Poor breakfast (except for bakery). There are lack of restaurants near the hotel (only 1-2), so if you want to have dinner, you should take a taxi and go somewhere (E.G. Forte dei Marmi or Marina di Massa). This is a good 3 stars hotel but not 4 stars. And concerning value for money: you expect more for average 360 eur per night.

It took 5 minutes to reach Bagno Belmare on foot. Location, short way from all attractions. It is near to the airport. Unique base for your vacations in Cinquale...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful with planning my day trips. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, with a great pool and free bicycles to explore the area. the hotel is located next to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, only a short walk away.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect getaway.

We were delighted to discover this wonderful gem of a hotel situated in a convenient location near the beach and nestled near the mountains. The spacious and luxurious rooms made us feel right at home, with modern and clean decor that felt brand new. The friendly staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The delicious breakfast had an extensive range of choices, catering to various dietary preferences such as gluten-free and vegan options. The pool was lovely and we even had the opportunity to explore the surrounding area by renting bikes. this place exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel had a great location, close to the beach and surrounded by local shops and cafes. the pool was large and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off from the summer heat. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to help with anything needed, including recommendations for local activities and dining options. the hotel had free bike rentals to explore the area, which was a unique and enjoyable experience.
The room we stayed in was quite small and outdated, with an air-conditioning unit that didn't seem to work properly. the breakfast selection was limited, which was a bit disappointing, and the quality of nearby restaurants was not great.

We had an amazing time at this beachside hotel! It was the perfect location for us, just a short walk down the beach to some beautiful spots. the staff were so friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. the rooms were clean with great amenities, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed lounging by the pool with a refreshing drink!
We did find that the parking was quite limited and a bit of a challenge.

Great family experience with amazing breakfast choices and a lovely pool. We enjoyed riding the free bikes to the nearby beach and neighboring towns. The friendly staff made sure our entire family had a wonderful time. We were impressed by the stunning views of the mountains and sea from the hotel.
The hotel was a bit farther than we expected from public transport. Getting a taxi to and from the train station proved to be expensive.
